Location: St Luke's Church, Maidstone
Hours: 22.5 hours per week (which may include occasional Sundays). Hours are flexible depending on the successful candidate.
Salary: £18,600 for 22.5hrs/wk (£31,000 FTE of 37.5hrs), plus 10% into C of E pension.

Key responsibilities include managing HR processes, overseeing leave and TOIL systems, coordinating policy reviews, leading procurement (IT, insurance, mobile contracts, etc.), and supporting internal governance and compliance. Our Operations Director will build on the work already done to continue strengthening internal systems and provide essential resilience to our church.
Working closely with the spiritual leadership team and the admin team, you’ll be central to embedding consistency, accountability and efficiency across the church. This role will suit a flexible, proactive individual who thrives on variety and wants to make a genuine impact in our church community.
St. Luke’s Maidstone is an evangelical (orthodox) charismatic Anglican church with strong links to and the Diocese of Canterbury. St. Luke’s is designated a ‘Resourcing Church’ in the 皇家华人 so is very committed to church planting, church revitalisation and the evangelisation of the nations.
